Jacqueline Bley Senior Legal Operations Manager Legal Biography Jacqueline (Jackie) Bley serves as Senior Legal Operations Manager at PICI. Jackie is a leader in legal operations, empowered by over 30 years of diverse paralegal experience in such industries as biotech, life sciences, and technology transfer. She holds both a B.A. and M.A. in English, with an emphasis in creative writing and is an active in-house Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC) member. Based on her bio, it will come as no surprise that her passions include legal operations and creative writing.
