Eric McKeeby

Biography

Eric McKeeby serves as Head of Communications & Marketing at PICI, where he leads corporate and internal communications, brand management and audience engagement.

Eric has more than 20 years of healthcare and biotech communications and marketing leadership experience, developing strategies and implementing programs that amplify the profound impact of cutting-edge innovations in technology, science and medicine. Prior to joining PICI, Eric served as the inaugural communications leader at Insitro, an AI drug discovery company. He has held pivotal roles leading communications and marketing for the Regeneron Genetics Center, focused on advancing genomics research for the benefit of patients, and at Ancestry DNA, where he led communications and go-to-market engagement strategy for AncestryHealth. His experience also includes launching bi-directional physician communications platforms as Director of Community Engagement for the American Board of Internal Medicine, leading high-impact campaigns for clients including Abbott, Merck and Sanofi at Edelman, and driving public affairs initiatives for academia, NGOs and government agencies.

He received a B.A. in Political Science from Rollins College and a Master’s from the Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP) at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. A veteran of the US Army, Eric received multiple medals and honors for his work in public affairs and as a photojournalist deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
