Bolyn Hubby, Ph.D. Chief of Staff Business Operations Biography Bolyn Hubby, Ph.D., serves as Chief of Staff at the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy (PICI). As a member of the executive team, she supports the CEO in driving strategic priorities and organizational execution across the Institute. Dr. Hubby brings more than 20 years of experience in biotech leadership spanning infectious disease, immunology and cancer immunotherapy. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at Vir Biotechnology, where she led government affairs, corporate communications and public-private partnerships. Prior to Vir, she served as Chief Scientific Officer at Agenovir Corporation and held senior R&D leadership roles at Synthetic Genomics, Liquidia Technologies and AlphaVax, advancing programs from discovery through clinical development. Dr. Hubby earned her Ph.D. in Cellular Biology and her B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Georgia.
