Eugenia Naletova Director of Programs and Strategic Convenings Business Development Biography Eugenia Naletova, serves as Director of Programs and Strategic Convenings at PICI leading the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact convenings that support PICI’s mission to accelerate breakthrough cancer immunotherapies by strengthening engagement across its scientific, philanthropic, and investment communities. Prior to joining PICI, Eugenia led complex operational initiatives across fast-growing organizations, including post-acquisition and post-bankruptcy restructuring, the development of new operating frameworks and systems, rebranding and go-to-market execution, and the design of revenue-generating programs, events, and partnerships within complex, multi-stakeholder operating environments. Earlier in her career, Eugenia practiced law, with a focus on investigations, regulatory matters, and complex contract negotiations in highly regulated environments.
