Nancy brings over 20 years of progressive accounting and finance experience. Before joining PICI, she was the Director of Accounting at Q Bio, Inc., a health-tech startup, where she led core accounting operations. Prior to that, she held roles at Stanford University School of Medicine and across various organizations, partnering with executive leadership on financial reporting, strategic decision-making, and process improvement. Nancy earned her B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Corporate Finance and Financial Services from San Francisco State University.
