June, MD, of The University of Pennsylvania, with a March 11 screening of the award-winning documentary, “Of Medicine and Miracles.” Sponsored by Triatomic Capital, the event will be hosted by PICI’s founder and chair, Silicon Valley entrepreneur and philanthropist Sean Parker, and will include a Q&A with Dr. June and the film’s director, Academy Award-winning documentarian Ross Kauffman. Hosted as a fundraiser to support PICI’s mission to accelerate the development of breakthrough cancer therapies for patients, various donor-level registration packages are offered for purchase, and donations of all sizes are welcome for the general admission event. For his work, Dr. June has been named to the TIME 100 list of the 100 most influential people in the world and elected to the Institute of Medicine and American Academy of Arts and Sciences, among many other honors.
