Biography

Jessica Maxey is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Biological Data Science focusing on the analysis of high-dimensional imaging of tumor samples to study mechanisms of anti-PD1 resistance.

She recently completed her PhD in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University. Her research focused on elucidating the neural coding of context modulated associations in the hippocampus. Using data recorded from a miniature microscope, she was able to use various methods from machine learning and information theory to gain insight about the hippocampus’ role in both associative and procedural memory.
