Leaders in media, technology, culture, and finance will join the third Vanity Fair New Establishment Summit for in-depth conversations about innovation, politics and policy, and other forces shaping the future.

Confirmed speakers include Uber founder and C.E.O. Travis Kalanick, CBS C.E.O. Leslie Moonves, artist Jeff Koons, actress and producer Sarah Jessica Parker, philanthropist and entrepreneur Sean Parker, and YouTube C.E.O. Susan Wojcicki.

The Summit takes place October 19 and 20 at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco, and is presented by Condé Nast in association with the Aspen Institute.

Disney C.E.O. Robert Iger will share the stage with Pixar’s John Lasseter and Marvel’s Kevin Feige for a look at how the once-independent studios have fared as part of the Disney empire. Michael Moritz of Sequoia Capital, an early investor in Google, will talk about finding and nurturing billion-dollar ideas. Conan O’Brien will share his thoughts on whether personal brands—like his—are the future of big media.

Many of the panels and conversations will explore the year’s dramatic events in politics and the global economy. Famed short-seller James Chanos will offer insights on his investment outlook. And on October 20, the day after the final presidential debate of 2016, Vanity Fair contributing editor Fran Lebowitz and Frank Rich, a New York Magazine writer-at-large and executive producer of Veep, will engage in a wide-ranging conversation on the election, the Trump phenomenon, and much more.

The summit will conclude with media legend Barry Diller in conversation with Vanity Fair editor Graydon Carter.

Discovery Communications and BMW are presenting sponsors of the Summit. HBO, Giorgio Armani and Tudor Watch U.S.A. are principal sponsors. LionTree is a supporting sponsor.

Participation in the event is by invitation only. More information on the event, including a complete list of confirmed speakers, may be found on the Summit site.
